   Lawrence Maitin started off his legal career as a Consumer Protection and Bankruptcy attorney.  He then added Real Estate Closings to his practice experience while an associate attorney with a small law firm.  Moving on to a larger regional law firm, he became a managing attorney handling real estate foreclosures and creditor’s rights issues.  In his present solo practice formed in 2004, Larry uses the experience he has gained representing both borrowers and lenders, landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, large lending institutions and individuals, to provide superior legal advice and representation for his clients.  

Teaching     : Instructor at Wake Technical Community College in the areas of foreclosure, collections and bankruptcy. Has served as a speaker on NC real property foreclosure law for the National Business Institute Continuing Legal Education, Meredith College's Paralegal Program, Attorney's Title Continuing Paralegal Education, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, Triangle Real Estate Investors Association, NC Land Title Association, and Wake County Apartment Association.
